BOH 2025 Youth Summit
The 2025 Youth Summit was an unforgettable day of amazing special guests, great fast paced unteractive technologh activities, lots of pizza, and fun with firends. It was held on the 26th of July just before school started and was geared toward youths ages 11-17. They were engaged in critical thinking and interactive activities; a gender-based discussion group centered around life skills; Social Media usage and prudent guidelines; grants/scholarships/money management sessions; and a career session panel discussions outlining professions and career paths.

Bands of Hope adopts 4 families, 16 individuals, in the DFW area for Christmas! We again, would like to thank the Garland Business and Professinal Womens Club for their partnership in this community sevice opportunity.

Bands of Hope adopts 8 families, in the community for our Thanksgiving Meal food donation. We want to thank the Garland Business and Professinal Womens Club for their partnership in this community sevice opportunity.
TEEN SUMMIT #whataboutme
The day-long Teen Summit is held toward the end of July just before school starts and is geared toward teens ages 13-18. They are engaged in critical thinking and interactive activities; a gender-based discussion group centered around life skills; Social Media usage and prudent guidelines; grants/scholarships/money management sessions; panel discussions on authority, civil obedience and drug prevention; social health and physical well-being and finally an art therapy session. To lighten and encourage the Teens, we provide their favorite lunch foods, door prizes and a high powered motivational speaker.
